Powerboat Delivery
Halcyon Yachts have dedicated and qualified powerboat skippers and crew. The skill set required when delivering a large powerboat or superyacht is very different to that of a sailing boat. We have delivered powerboats for some prestigious companies including Benetti, Sunseeker, Princess, Privateer, Nordhavn, Pershing, Jeanneau and Beneteau.
International Yacht Delivery
Halcyon Yachts will provide you with a specialist delivery team. We have extensive experience of delivering both new and second hand yachts. We have successfully delivered hundreds of boats around Europe and beyond. We regularly deliver boats to and from the Baltic and the Mediterranean. We have delivered new yachts for some prestigious companies including Hallberg-Rassy, Oyster, X-Yachts, Najad, Malo, Hanse, Dufour, Bavaria, Beneteau and Jeanneau. Whether you have bought a new boat and require our services or wish to relocate your current boat to a different sailing area then we are on hand and ready to help.
Trans Atlantic Yacht Delivery
Our delivery skippers are all highly experienced ocean sailors. We take great care to check all the systems and equipment prior to departure. Safety to vessel and crew is always paramount; no more so than when you are crossing an ocean. If you are entering the ARC (Atlantic Rally Cruise) and want some advice or wish to discuss your vessels return options then we would be delighted to help.
Instruction and Assisted Passage
If you wish to be onboard for the delivery then Halcyon Yachts can offer you a personally tailored instructional package or a compliment of crew to suit your specific needs. Many of our skippers are qualified RYA Yachtmaster Instructors and, through our affiliation with an RYA sailing school, we can organise training with RYA certification. We always ensure compatibility between the owner and the crew so as to maximise the quality of your experience.
Race Yacht Delivery
Over the years we have helped many clients with the relocation of their race yachts to various sailing regattas. These deliveries include shorter passages to events such as Cowes Week or Cork Week, or longer trips to races in the Mediterranean or Caribbean. Regardless of the distance we are very used to managing high performance vessels. Let us make life that little bit easier for you so that you can concentrate on enjoying the sailing.
Private Own Boat Tuition
Halcyon Yachts can provide you and your family with a qualified and experienced RYA Yachtmaster Instructor. We can guide you through the things you need to know whilst on board your own vessel and will personally tailor the experience to suit your needs. We can follow the RYA syllabus and through our affiliation with an RYA sailing school subsequently issue certificates upon completion. Beginner courses, brush up courses and advanced courses are all available.
Professional Crew Supply
If you need an extra pair of hands to help you with a sailing trip then Halcyon Yachts can provide you with the perfect solution. Our yacht delivery crew are carefully vetted and are highly recommended. We can have a professional first mate or deck hand join you at short notice anywhere in the world.
