The delivery of our Island Packet 380 from Hamble to Gibraltar was carried out in a very professional manner with any risks of bad weather being avoided. The foremost intention of the skipper and crew was to get the yacht to its destination in a better condition than when it set off... I went along with the team as an inexperienced day skipper and by the completion of the passage my confidence in skippering the Yacht with my wife is now 100% thanks to the patience of the skipper and crew.
During the passage I received several position updates... Upon their arrival in Plymouth they thoroughly cleaned the boat and I went through with the Skipper his handover proforma. The whole experience of using Halcyon Yachts was an example of how it should be done. I Would use Halcyon Yachts again and highly recommend them.
