I spoke to Pete and had a lengthy discussion about what was required and informed him that I wanted to be on board for the delivery, nothing a problem. Even though I’d had no response from any other company, Halcyon would have won my business on sheer professionalism, promptness of response, flexibility, competitiveness of quote and customer care. I wasn’t their biggest or most important customer for sure, but they made me feel that way, that counts for a lot, they cared. Keep up the great work Halcyon! I’ll absolutely be using you again.
