I rarely rave about a service but on this occasion. Halcyon provided great contact from the first contact through to delivery. Friendly and supportive with great communication and customer focus. Halcyon worked hard to understand my needs and tailored a service to provide exactly what I needed. This was a first for me and throughout Halcyon responded to my questions and concerns. They provided a crew that were competent, caring and great company. Very impressed with customer care, respect for the boat, a passion for the boats condition, willingness to involve the owner, and a real drive to keep the costs down.
