Halcyon Yachts are pleased to present an exclusive opportunity to sail on board classic yacht Boleh.
This two-day skippered charter will include a sail from Portsmouth to Cowes to coincide with Britain’s most popular yacht race. With over 1,500 yachts racing around the Isle of Wight, it is an incredible sight and a truly magical experience. People from all over the world come to compete and to watch this magnificent spectacle. Enjoy this unforgettable experience from the comfort of a beautiful and very unique classic yacht.
Yacht Boleh was originally built in Singapore in 1949. She was fully restored to a very high specification in 2010. She offers comfort and stability from a truly original and unique platform. She is rarely offered for charter and this will be an experience to remember!
Yacht Boleh is owned by the Boleh Trust Charity. The profits from this charter will go towards helping the Boleh Trust continue their excellent work.
Suggested Itinerary:
Day One (Saturday July 7th).
0730 -0800: Arrive on board the vessel in Portsmouth.
0900 – 1200: Sailing in the Solent and observing the race leaders on their final leg.
1200 – 1300: Anchor for lunch and refreshments.
1300 -1700: Sailing in the Solent, ending up in Cowes.
1700 – 2300: Enjoying the festivities of Cowes.
Day Two (Sunday July 8th).
0900 – 1000: Breakfast on board.
1000 – 1300: Sailing in the Solent.
1300 – 1400: Anchor for lunch, refreshments and an optional swim.
1400 – 1700: Sailing in the Solent, ending up back at Portsmouth.
