From my first communication with Halcyon, they gave me confidence of their professional approach, both in conversation, e-mails and the paperwork, ensuring aspects of safety and insurance were fully covered. The skipper ensured that I was kept informed throughout planning and delivery, responding promptly to any questions I had. From arriving at the boat, preparation and throughout delivery, the skipper and his crew kept me up to date and sent plenty of pictures, including a video of Dolphins guiding the boat towards Salcombe. The handover of the boat was thorough and the boat very clean, especially important during these times. Overall a very good and professional, but friendly service.
